Official Contest Rules

- Contest Period
The Contest runs from 12:01 a.m. ET on November 15, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. ET on March 15, 2026 (“Contest Period”). All eligible entries must be received within the Contest Period.
- Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, franchisees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family or household members of Mr. Singh’s Pizza are not eligible to participate.
- How to Enter
A .Automatic Entry with Purchase: Receive one (1) entry with each qualifying purchase of any whole pizza at any participating Mr. Singh’s Pizza location during the Contest Period.
B. No-Purchase Entry: Mail a legible, handwritten letter (minimum 50 words) including your full name, age, telephone number, email address, and mailing address to:

C. Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person per day, regardless of entry method. All entry methods have equal odds.
4. Prizes
The following prizes are available to be won:
• One (1) Vehicle Prize:
A two-year lease of a new vehicle, up to a maximum value of $12,000 total lease payments. Winner is responsible for insurance, licensing, registration, fuel, excess mileage, and any other costs not expressly covered. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $12,000.
• One (1) iPhone 17 (ARV up to $1,500)
• One (1) Travel Voucher (ARV up to $2,000)
• One (1) 4K Smart TV (ARV up to $500)
• One (1) One-Year Pizza Subscription (ARV up to $600)
• Fifty (50) Gift Cards (various denominations)
• Fifty (50) $50 Pizza Coupons
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash alternatives except where required by law. ARVs are estimates and may vary.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be entered into a random draw administered by Mr. Singh’s Pizza or its authorized representative on or about March 20, 2026.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Requirements
Selected entrants will be contacted by phone or email within 10 business days of the draw. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must:
1. Respond within 5 business days of notification;
2. Correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question;
3. Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release; and
4. Provide government-issued photo ID confirming age and residency.
If a selected entrant fails to meet these requirements, another entrant may be selected.
7. No Liability and Limitation of Damages
Mr. Singh’s Pizza is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries; technical failures; or any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or prize use. To the maximum extent allowed by law, all participants release Mr. Singh’s Pizza and its affiliates from all liability.
8. Privacy
Personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed solely for contest administration, prize fulfillment, fraud prevention, and, with consent, for marketing. For full details, please see the Contest Privacy Notice.
9. Right to Cancel or Modify
Mr. Singh’s Pizza reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
10. Governing Law
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
