Official Contest Rules

Contest Period
The Contest runs from 12:01 a.m. ET on November 15, 2025, to 11:59 p.m. ET on March 15, 2026 (“Contest Period”). All eligible entries must arrive within this period. Submit your entry early to avoid missing the deadline.
Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, franchisees, agents, representatives, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family or household members of Mr. Singh’s Pizza cannot participate.
How to Enter
Follow the instructions provided on our contest page to enter. Each participant may submit one entry per day. We will disqualify entries submitted outside the Contest Period or in violation of the rules.
Prize Details
The grand prize includes a brand-new car. Winners will receive notification via email or phone within 10 business days after the Contest ends. Make sure your contact information is accurate so you can claim your prize.
How to Enter the Contest
A. Automatic Entry with Purchase
You automatically receive one (1) entry for each qualifying purchase of any whole pizza at any participating Mr. Singh’s Pizza location during the Contest Period. This way, every pizza purchase counts toward your chance to win.
B. No-Purchase Entry
If you prefer not to make a purchase, you can still enter by mail. Simply send a legible, handwritten letter of at least 50 words that includes your full name, age, telephone number, email address, and mailing address to:

C. Entry Limit
Each person may submit one (1) entry per day, regardless of the method. Both entry options—purchase and mail-in—offer equal odds of winning. Make sure to follow the rules carefully to maximize your chances!
4. Prizes
The following prizes are available to be won:
One (1) Vehicle Prize: A two-year lease of a new vehicle, up to a maximum value of $12,000 total lease payments. The winner is responsible for insurance, licensing, registration, fuel, excess mileage, and any other costs not expressly covered. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $12,000.
One (1) iPhone 17: ARV up to $1,500.
One (1) Travel Voucher: ARV up to $2,000.
One (1) 4K Smart TV: ARV up to $500.
One (1) One-Year Pizza Subscription: ARV up to $600.
Fifty (50) Gift Cards: Various denominations.
Fifty (50) $50 Pizza Coupons.
Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No substitutions or cash alternatives are allowed, except where required by law. ARVs are estimates and may vary.
5. Winner Selection and Odds
All eligible entries received during the Contest Period will enter a random draw. Mr. Singh’s Pizza or its authorized representative will administer the draw on or about March 20, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. Winner Notification and Requirements
We will contact selected entrants by phone or email within 10 business days of the draw. To be declared a winner, a selected entrant must:
Respond within 5 business days of notification.
Correctly answer a time-limited, skill-testing mathematical question.
Sign and return a declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
Provide government-issued photo ID confirming age and residency.
If a selected entrant fails to meet these requirements, we may select another entrant.
7. No Liability and Limitation of Damages
Mr. Singh’s Pizza is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. We are also not liable for technical failures or any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or prize use.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, all participants release Mr. Singh’s Pizza and its affiliates from all liability.
8. Privacy
We will collect, use, and disclose personal information solely for:
Contest administration
Prize fulfillment
Fraud prevention
Marketing purposes (with consent)

9. Right to Cancel or Modify
Mr. Singh’s Pizza reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
10. Governing Law
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations. It is governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada.
