1. Who we are

Mr. Singh's Pizza ("Mr. Singh's Pizza", "we", "us" or "our") is a Canadian, 100% vegetarian pizza brand with franchised locations in Ontario, Alberta and British Columbia. The website mrsinghspizza.ca is operated by 1001139568 Ontario Inc., doing business as Mr. Singh's Pizza, Brampton, Ontario.

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and, where they apply, the Personal Information Protection Acts of Alberta and British Columbia.

2. What this policy covers

This policy applies when you:

visit mrsinghspizza.ca, including our contest page at mrsinghspizza.ca/nintendoswitch2
order online through our ordering site (mrsinghspizza.bycalibre.ca)
order by phone or in store
contact us, apply for a franchise, or interact with us on social media
enter a contest or promotion we run

Franchised stores. Most Mr. Singh's Pizza locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees. Each store uses the information it needs to take, prepare and deliver your order, and must follow this policy and applicable privacy law when it does.

Delivery apps. If you order through DoorDash, Uber Eats or another delivery app, that app's own privacy policy governs what it collects. We receive only the details needed to fill your order.

3. Information we collect and how we use it

We collect only what we need for the purposes below, and we use it only for those purposes unless you agree otherwise or the law requires it.

Orders: your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order details and special instructions, so we can take, prepare, deliver and confirm your order and contact you about it.
Payments: payment details, to process your payment. Card information is handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers.
Questions and feedback: your messages and contact details when you call, email or use our contact form, so we can respond, resolve concerns and improve our service.
Franchise inquiries: your name, email, phone, address and business details, so we can review your application and contact you.
Contests: the entry details described in section 6, so we can run the contest.
Website use: device and usage information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, approximate location and cookie identifiers, to keep our sites working and secure, understand how they are used, and measure our advertising.
Store finder: your address or location, if you choose to share it, to show you the nearest location.
Social media: your handle and public posts when you tag or message us or enter a social bonus entry, so we can reply and verify contest entries.

We may also use personal information to prevent fraud, keep records required by law and protect our legal rights. Where possible, we use summary information that does not identify you.

Consent. By using our services, you consent to the uses described in this policy. For optional uses such as marketing, we ask for your clear, separate consent. You may withdraw consent at any time (see section 9), though we may then be unable to complete an order or contest entry that depends on it.

4. Marketing messages

We send promotional emails or text messages only with your consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Order confirmations and other messages about something you requested are not marketing. Every marketing message includes our contact details and a way to unsubscribe, and we act on unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

5. Cookies and tracking tools

Our websites use cookies, pixels and similar tools from the following providers:

Google (Tag Manager, Analytics, Ads and Maps), for site analytics, advertising measurement and our store finder
Meta (Facebook and Instagram Pixel), to measure and deliver our ads on Facebook and Instagram
TikTok (TikTok Pixel), to measure and deliver our ads on TikTok

These tools may record the pages you visit and actions you take, such as starting an order, and may be used to show you Mr. Singh's Pizza ads on other sites and apps. We do not use them to collect sensitive information.

Your choices:

Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as online ordering, may not work without them.
Opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada, your Google ad settings, and your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok ad preferences.
Opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.

6. Mr. Singh's Pizza Game Night Contest

The Mr. Singh's Pizza Game Night Contest (October 1 to December 20, 2026) is sponsored and administered by Mr. Singh's Pizza. When you enter, we collect:

your name, email address, postal code and province
your phone number and social media handle, if you provide them
receipt details and any receipt image you upload
your answer to an optional question about game systems in your household

We use this information only to administer the contest: to record entries, verify eligibility and receipts, contact selected entrants and deliver prizes. Answers to the optional question are used only in summary form that does not identify you. Entry information is not sold, and is shared only with service providers who help us run the contest.

Entering the contest does not subscribe you to marketing. The entry form may include a separate, optional checkbox to receive Mr. Singh's Pizza offers and news. You can enter and win without checking it, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you win, we may publish your first name, city, province and general likeness as described in the Official Rules at mrsinghspizza.ca/nintendoswitch2.

Nintendo. Nintendo is not a sponsor, co-sponsor, or administrator of this Contest. Your contest information is collected by Mr. Singh's Pizza, not by Nintendo.

Social media platforms. This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, or any other social media platform. Information you provide for a social bonus entry is provided to Mr. Singh's Pizza, not to the platform. Public posts are also governed by that platform's own privacy policy.

7. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

with the franchised Mr. Singh's Pizza store that fills your order
with service providers who work on our behalf and are required by contract to protect it, including online ordering, payment processing, website hosting, email and text delivery, analytics, advertising and contest administration
with delivery apps, for orders placed through them
when required by law, court order or a government authority, or to prevent fraud or protect safety
with a buyer or successor if all or part of our business is sold or reorganized, subject to the same protections

Storage outside Canada. Some of our service providers store or process information in the United States or other countries. Information held outside Canada may be accessible to courts and authorities in those countries.

8. How long we keep information and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected or as required by law. Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting purposes. Contest entries are kept for 12 months after the contest ends and then securely deleted. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

We use reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, limiting access to people who need it, and requiring our service providers to protect it. No system is completely secure. If a privacy breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will notify you and the appropriate privacy commissioner as required by law.

9. Your rights

You may ask us to:

tell you what personal information we hold about you and how it has been used and shared
correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
withdraw your consent, including unsubscribing from marketing
delete information we are no longer required to keep

We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first. In limited cases the law allows us to decline a request; if so, we will explain why.

10. Children

Our websites and promotions are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Our contests are open only to people who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.

11. Other websites

Our websites link to delivery apps, social media and other websites with their own privacy practices. This policy does not apply to them.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and we will highlight significant changes on our website.
